Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ), N00104-12-Q-Q462, is for renewal of Oracle Premier Data Support Subscription following the procedures in FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ. The end user of the hardware is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard located in Kittery, ME 03904; FOB destination applies. The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. The NAICS code associated with this purchase is 334111 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support - Mechanicsburg intends to solicit an Oracle Brand Name Premier Data Support Subscription support renewal from only Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) certified support renewal approved partners. Therefore in order to participate in this acquisition, you must be an Oracle certified support renewal approved partner. Third Party maintenance is NOT acceptable. Attached is an Excel spreadsheet of the hardware description, part numbers/serial numbers and quantities; please use this format as a pricing tool. This spreadsheet consists of 24 pages; please quote on all 24 pages. Also, provided as an attachment is the Brand Name Justification. The Period of Performance is date of award through 31 Jan 2013. However, a re-instatement CLIN 0651 is included for the period of 12 Nov 2011 through date of award. This requirement is Open Market.
