- Description
- This acquisition is solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE whereby only small businesses will be eligible for contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541712. Therefore, the small business size standard for this requirement is 500 or fewer employees. Please note that in order to qualify as an eligible small business for purposes of a small business set-aside, at least 50% of the direct labor cost must be "in house" (see FAR 52.219-14, "Limitations on Subcontracting"). It is anticipated that one award will be made for a period of five years in September 2012. Solicitation is issued on April 10, 2012 with proposals due on or before May 25, 2012.
