- Required parts for Tymco 600 High Speed Sweeper Tymco Brand Name Justification and Authorization Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is FA4889-12-Q-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-56. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333319 with a small business size of 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible contractors shall provide a quote for the following: ***This is a brand-name specific request****. Description: Tymco Sweeper parts for the 380th ECES at Al Dhafra AB, UAE. The following contract line items are applicable to this solicitation (Please refer to the Bid Schedule for CLIN Information): CLINS 0001-0039 (See Attachment). Contractor shall include a price for all CLINS. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs (FOB Destination) shall be included in line items and date of delivery shall be by NLT 30 days ARO. Place of delivery for acceptance is DLA Distribution Point, 2001 Normandy Dr. Door 135 68, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Only offers that are brand-name specific will be considered. The following FAR clauses and provisions are in this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items is supplemented per following addenda: As a minimum, the contractor shall submit their quote with the following information: soliciation number; time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; terms of any express warranty; completed price schedule; any discount terms; and acknowledgment of solicitation amendments (if applicable). Evaluation/Award: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
