- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for periodical subscriptions offered by Interfax-America that provide information concerning the mineral industries of the former Soviet Union. USGS is not aware of any other vendors that are able to fill the above requirement and intends to award to Interfax-America on a sole-source basis. Any other vendors that may be able to meet this requirement is invited to contact Bill Claybrook at bclaybrook@usgs.gov no later than Monday, April 16, 2012 12:00pm EST. The expected value of this purchase is $25,500.00 and will consist of one base year and four option years.
