- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial item prepared inaccordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is N66001-12-T- 6645. The government is soliciting quotes for the purchase of the following commercial item.
