- The General Services Administration hereby provides notice of its intent to award a 8a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract pursuant to 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1) for historic structures report on the Winder Building, Washington, DC The scope of work entails the providing of documentary, graphic and physical information on history and physical condition of the Winder Building. The report will serve as a planning tool for building management, as a guide for all changes made to the historic properties during project repairs, rehabilitation and restoration efforts and provide information on maintenance procedures.
