- This is a Sources Sought FA4830-12-R-0006 announcement seeking Small Business responses in order to determine interested parties participation in the acquisition. This requirement is proposed to be a 100% Small Business set-aside; however, businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for NAICS code 237310 are being sought as sources for consideration for the forthcoming solicitation. The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA plans to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a contractor to provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials for site preperation, demolition, and repair and construction of ASPHALT ROAD and PARKING at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia and Avon Park, Florida. The designated NAICS Code is 237310 with size standard of $33.5 Million dollars. The proposed project magnitude is between the guaranteed minimum of $2,000.00 and maximum of $4,000,000.00 over a three (3) year period. The solicitation will include a one (1) base year and two (2), one (1) year options. Your response shall reference this Sources Sought number FA4830-12-R-0006. Your response shall include the following information: • SBA designation (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, Women Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Business name • CAGE code • Name of Point of contact • Email address • Phone and fax numbers • Size standard of company Contractors must be presented in sufficient detail that your company possesses the necessary means to hire qualified candidates to fulfill the requirements indicated. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
