- This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm-fixed price, commercial contract for the purchase of RESERVED ROOMS FOR AIR SHOW PERFORMERS, SCHEDULED TO APPEAR AT THE ROBINS AFB AIR SHOW SCHEDULED FOR 28-29 APRIL 2012. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. HOTEL PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO THE WARNER ROBINS/CENTERVILLE AREA. Please provide a quote for rooms choices listed below. In addition to price, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested rooms and dates needed are shown below: Single Rooms - 23 each (8 rooms for 5 nights beginning 25 April 2012; 1 room for 3 nights beginning 26 April 2012; 4 rooms for 4 nights beginning 26 April 2012; 8 rooms for 2 nights beginning 27 April 2012; 2 rooms for 3 nights beginning 27 April 2012) Double Rooms - 21 each (4 rooms for 2 nights beginning 27 April 2012; 17 rooms for 3 nights beginning 27 April 2012) Quotations should be emailed to Becky Cochran (becky.cochran@robins.af.mil) no later than 13 April 2012, 6:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 18 Apr 2012. DFARS 252.232.7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (WAWF is the method used by DoD for processing invoices/receiving reports.) DFARS 252.209-7999 Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction Under any Federal Law (attached in Full Text) In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. IAW DFARS 252.209-7999, quote must include certification to Paragraphs (b)(1) and (2).
