- FLC, Phila. intends to purchase three months software/hardware maintenance renewal on a sole source basis from Oracle America, Inc. of Reston, VA. Oracle America, Inc. is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FLC, Phila. within one day of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FLC Code 290.1G. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 811212/$25 MIL
