- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a contractor to overhaul a Pacific Press Hydraulic Press Brake for the Memphis District, Corps of Engineers, Metal Unit. The solicitation number is W912EQ-12-T-0033 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a unrestricted procurement. The associated NAICS code is 333513 with a business size of 500 employees. All responsible businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes are due not later than 10:00 AM CST on April 13, 2012. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated herein. A copy may be downloaded from the Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about April 11, 2012. Quotes should be mailed, emailed or hand delivered, marked with solicitation number W912EQ-12-T-0033; addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Jackie Primer, 167 N. Main St., Room 665, Memphis, Tennessee, 38103; Phone (901) 544-3340. Vendors not registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. Vendors may register for CCR by calling 1-800-334-3414 or register online at www.ccr.gov. Vendors must also be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov/ prior to award. Offeror must be registered under North America Industry Classification System Code 333513 in CCR and ORCA to be eligible for this award. This requirement was previously announced under solicitation W912EQ-12-T-0023.
