- Description
- The National Park Service intends to award a non-competitive contract for all necessary labor, materials, transportation, and equipment for sewage pumping, processing, and disposal for National Park Service-owned toilet facilities on the Lower St. Croix River and seasonal placement and removal of floating restroom facilities to Wolfe Marine, Inc. of Stillwater, Minnesota on or about April 30, 2012. It has been determined that Wolfe Marine Inc. is the one responsible source that can satisfy the Government's need [in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i)]. Unique services are available from only one source with unique capabilities. Contractor will provide sewage pumping services for 20+ prefabricated vault toilets (placed within 150 feet of a 3 feet deep river channel) as well as additional facilities located on Mile Long Island on the Lower St. Croix River. Additional services regarding seasonal placement and removal of floating restroom facilities are also a part of this contract. Project duration is estimated to begin in mid-May and run through September 2012. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
