- Access to Sales Data Solicitation This is a repost to Solicitation: FDA-SOL-12-1098953, which was posted on 4/6/12. The original solicitation was accidentally deleted. The closing date remains the same as before. The Food and Drug Administration, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), is seeking proposals for continued access to national-level pharmaceutical sales data and, as needed, international data to estimate and forecast trends in pharmaceutical sales, pricing and volume of distribution throughout various settings of care.
