- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is AG-05M6-S-12-0020 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 336612 and small business size standard of 500 employees. The Solicitation's contract line items and all terms and conditions for this solicitation are attached as a PDF document. This procurement and any resulting order, is for the procurement of one (1 )Pontoon Work Boat. Equipment and delivery shall be in accordance with the attached Specifications and additional Scope of Work which have been included as an attachment to this synopsis. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, supply of all parts, all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for the proper use of the Pontoon Work Boat. The Pontoon Work Boat is to be delivered on site to 810 State Route 20, Sedro Woolley, WA 98284. All offerors must provide a complete copy of "52.512.3 Offerors Representation and Certification-Commercial Items " Or the offeror must have completed their annual representation and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov.
