- The contractor shall provide flight training services to conduct undergraduate U.S. Army Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) Flight School XXI (FSXXI), primary, instrument, and Basic Warfighter Skills (BWS) flight training; graduate Rotary Wing Instrument Flight Examiner Course (RWIFEC); graduate Rotary Wing Instrument Course (RWIC), and Advanced Instrument Flight Rules Course (ADVIFR); and U.S. Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training - Helicopter (SUPT-H) and graduate Pilot Instructor Training (PIT), Rotary Wing Qualification Course (RWQC) and Qualification/Theater Indoctrination Course; at the U.S. States Army Aviation Center of Excellence, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Period of Performance is 1 October 2012 or date of award through 30 September 2013, with two one-year option periods(1 October 2013 through 30 September 2015). This will be a firm-fixed price type contract. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
