- NSN 5840-01-458-6159, Indicator, Range. Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Richmond has a complete Unrestricted Technical Data Package for this NSN. The Purchase Request Number is 0045174104. FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance point is Destination. This item has a 60 month (5 yr.) Shelf life. Material furnished under this contract/order shall have at least 85% of the shelf life remaining at time of delivery. Shelf life markings (cure and expiration dates) shall be in accordance with Mil-Std-129. The requested delivery is 170 days after receipt of order. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Definite Quantity Contract for a base quantity of 1253 each and a 100% Quantity Option of 1253 each. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns utilizing competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 24 April 2012. Suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required.
