- statement of work with applicable FAR clauses Site visit is recommended prior to submitting a quote. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and material, at Coast Guard Station Pascagoula's building 110: Down stairs 1. Pull existing units out and dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal laws. 2. Provide and install (1) new 7.5 ton straight cool 208/230 volt 3 phase condenser with (2) gas furnaces and evaporator coils, and a twining kits to control new thermostats one in Engineering Admin offices. The second thermostat shall be installed in the Logistics Office. 3. Renew corroded evaporator pedestal housing and drip pan drain lines 4. Re-use flue system that are not damaged and install new as indicated by the unit's EPO during available site visit. 5. Clean existing duct work. Up stairs 1. Pull old unit and dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal laws. Provide and install new 4 ton system 3 phase 208/230 volt. 2. Provide and install new 304 stainless steel or better, exterior isolation switch box (square D) to meet National Electric Code. 3. Re-use flue system that are not damaged and install new as indicated by the unit's EPO during available site visit. 4. Pull up black tape were copper goes from inside unit to condenser and install 14" PVC where copper goes through black tape. Use existing slabs.
