- Description
- The US Army Garrison Miami Property Book Office under the Directorate of Logistics (DOL) has awarded a requirement for logistical and technical services to include providing hand receipts support; issue and turn-in; inventory of equipment and supplies, and other administrative duties as required. the Contractor shall provide technical guidance to Supply Operations customers concerning supply requirements; provide logistical technical assistance to military and civilian personnel of all units, elements and activities assigned to, or stationed in the South Florida area; ensure adherence to management, administrative, operational, and safety requirements of the DOL standard operating procedures; ensure that internal control checklists are prepared and submitted to meet established suspense dates and that corrective actions are completed within acceptable timeframes. The performance period for this service shall be a 12 month base year with two 12 month option periods to begin 16 April 2012. All labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other furnished property and services except as specified in the performance work statement as Government Furnished Property will be provided by the contractor. A firm fixed price contract has been completed. The award was made to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
