- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO ROBERTA BODINE, CONTRACTING OFFICER. Request for solicitation via mail to Roberta.bodine@us.army.mil or fax (256) 842-7629. No telephone request will be accepted. NOUN: Connector Assembly, PRON: D12F0017D1, NSN: 3040-01-495-3603, PN: TX6209, Quantity: Min 10 / Max 64 each, three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity applicable to the Avenger Weapon System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 10 each, 165 Days after Contract Award with Contractor Tested First Article. This item is restricted to The Moog Inc (Cage Code 99932), because the government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
