- Statement of Work Provisions and Clauses This is a FAR 13.105 requirement for the purchase and installation of commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the procurement and installation of the following: ITEM 0001: (1) I-STAR 16 READER CONTROL PANEL / STAR016W-64A ITEM 0002: (15) FIP COMPLIANT CARD READERS / SWH-4100 CARD READERS ITEM 0003: (14) RM-4E DOOR CONTROL MODULES ITEM 0004: (3) END OF THE LINE RESISTORS ITEM 0005: (2) 12V 7AH BATTERY ITEM 0006: (1) POWER SUPPLY/ BATTERY CHARGER ITEM 0007: (100) PROX CARDS The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on lowest price. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to jacelyn.e.stanton@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 12:00noon EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is April 25, 2012 at 12noon EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
