- Statement Of Work Solicitation Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons Elkton, Ohio intends to make a single award for the provision of Hospitality Management Program for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, located at 8730 Scroggs Road, Elkton, Ohio. Contractor will administer lower level college courses which include such topics as hospitality management, business, sanitation and safety, techniques of food preparation, and human nutrition. It is anticipated that enrollment will be approximately 18 students. The successful contractor will conduct three (3) one hour sessions, four (4) days per week Monday through Thursday, (excluding Federal Holidays) between the hours of 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. The solicitation will be distributed solely through this site - General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website. http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date of award is June 1, 2012. This will be a full and open competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. E-mail and faxed quotes will be accepted. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered on line at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Residency requirements are applicable to this solicitation. (see solicitation for further information). The contractor must be accredited by a Nationally recognized organization. As such, all contract instructors must meet appropriate accreditation standards. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The due date for bids is May 7, 2012 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
