- J&A The services provided under this task order support the GFEBS PMO to enable it to meet the GFEBS project mission. The GFEBS program is an Army-wide financial management system, and is designed to replace legacy Army financial systems with a single Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application using SAP software. The GFEBS system deploys incrementally to different Army sites in 'Waves.'
