- a. The following questions and response are provided as follows: 1. Is the intent of this BAA to have contractors submit to 1 (or more) research topic(s) or to all 5 topics? Yes, white papers should include solutions for all five topics described in the solicitation. The Army intends to award a single contract to a vendor that can address all five topics. Vendors who lack the expertise to provide solutions to all five topics, should seek subs to add the needed expertise to the team on any given white paper submission. 2. Will the contractor use and/or modify existing WLC course content or will they develop additional content? Training content will be based on current content of the course. Because we are trying to deliver the training in new ways using various technologies, what will change is the "how" it is trained rather than " what" is trained. 3. The BAA states that "Attached is a score sheet used by small group leasers..." (pg 6). This attachment was not in the pdf or on fedbizops. Will we have access to this score sheet? The Score Sheet is added by Attachment. b. In addition, please see attached "Info New Methods Supporting" for additional information pertaining to submisstion of white papers. c. Response date is remains: 30 April 2012
