- Justification and Approval The contract ceiling for the cost-plus-fixed-fee/firm-fixed price contract with Joint Venture Yulista Management Services Incorporated and Science and Engineering Services Incorporated (JVYS) in support of the Government Owned and Government Operated Larry O. Daniel Prototype Integration Facility, Redstone Arsenal, AL has been exhausted more rapidly than anticipated. The Department of Army, Army Contracting Command - Redstone, awarded modification P00515 to Contract DAAH01-02-C-R190, to increase the maximum ordering ceiling as an interim measure until such time as a follow-on contract can be awarded. Modification P00515 to DAAH01-02-C-R190 was necessary to maintain uninterrupted support for aviation, missile, and technology activities in the development, fabrication, integration, test and qualification of prototype tactical and ground support systems, subsystems and components.
