- SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as service-disabled veteran-owned small business, Veteran-owned business, Hubzone business, general small business and any other types of size of business relative to NAICS 561320, size standards $13.5 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Office is seeking sources for the Level II Emergency Room Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Lead Emergency Physicians Administrator staffing services (24 hours per day/7 days a week) without interruption for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, located at 5901 East 7th Street, Long Beach, CA. 90822. Interested Contractors having the necessary skills and capabilities to perform the requirements are invited to provide information for the market survey/source sought notice. Responses to this notice must provide the following information. 1. General information of the company name, address, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax number. 2. Company socioeconomic categories, small or large business, 8(a), Hub zone, Woman Owned business, Service Disabled Own Veterans Small Business, (SDVOB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and size of business. 3. Type of your company primary provide and years in business. 4. Does your company have experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare systems or other Government entities? 5. What relevant Government and commercial experience does your company have related to the coordination and or provision of a Level II Emergency Room Department Service? 6. Provide your company Dun and Bradstreet Number. Responses shall be faxed (562) 961-1394 or email at grace.kim@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Response must be received no later than 3:30PM, April 26, 2012. No solicitation is available at this time; this notice is to acquire information only.
