- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of Veterans Administration Medical Center Richmond, is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to seek sources for name brand or equal to Zeiss OPMI Vario 700 Microscope with xenon illumination and integrated video chain. The OPMI is equipped with Varioskop optics and automated focusing capability with a visualization working range over 200-500 mm. The platform can be equipped with integrated HD video with apochromatic optics. The system is equipped with programmable handgrips, Autobalance and Autodrape, as well as overhead displays. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112, Size Standard: 500 Employees and the Classification code is 6515. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is a sources sought notice only. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size, and any other pertinent information that demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement.
