- Description
- Services will be paid monthly on a fee-for-service basis. Services include counseling and consultation services to the South Pacific Division (SPD) employees and their families to help solve personal problems. This service is called, "Employee Assistance Program". The contractor shall provide psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and marriage family and child counselors, who will provide assessment counseling. Services include all outpatient counseling services, personal financial service referrals, and referrals for childcare and elder care services. The rates for these services are $100.00 per session. At the request of the agency, the contractor may also be asked to provide on-site training services, incident debriefings, and conflict mediation services. The rate for these services is $175.00 per hour. Travel time will be billed at $75.00 per hour. Travel and per diem will be paid in accordance with established Government rates. The contractor will provide brochures and posters. Performance period is from the date of award through 30 September 2011.
