- As of April 9, 2012, WHS/Acquisition Directorate has completed Phase One of the two-phase source selection process. A competitve range has been established for Phase Two and all responsive offerors have been notified. Small businesses interested in subcontracting opportunities may submit their company information and specific areas of interest to the contract specialist, Francisco "Frank" Fernandez at ( francisco.fernandez.ctr@whs.mil ). This information will be provided to the Phase Two eligible offerors. It is the discretion of the offerors to use this information; WHS/Acquisition Directorate will not provide any further communication with companies requesting their information be forwarded.
