BGXCF275 2.75" CF with Bourdon Guage Qty 1 This contract is Recovery and awarded to Small Business. The contract is a fixed firmed price which awarded to Nor-Cal Products Inc. However, it is not competed due to follow-on work for continued development and it is best to award it to a source other than the incumbent vendor would result in substantial duplication of costs that would not be recovered or would cause unacceptable delays in fulfilling the project. Nor-Cal Products Inc. is the manufacturer of the item and used for many years, as such the company has qualifications in producing and servicing these products. The experience with this product is the best recommendation for using this particular vendor over any other potential manufacturer.
