- Dumpster Map Draft PWS Market Reseach Survey General Information: Sources Sought Solicitation Number: FA4897-12-B-0005 NAICS Code: 562111 Description: The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking market research and potential sources interested in bidding on an anticipated acquisition for Refuse Collection Services at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse collection services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Refuse Service Standards are found in Appendix A. Estimated workload factors and historical estimated frequencies are found in Appendix B. The current route maps and dumpster locations can be found in Appendix C. The purpose of market research will be to determine the common practices used in the commercial marketplace and the commercial/industrial standards the work must meet. Respondents are requested to complete the market research questionnaire and return to the Points of Contact listed below. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached for review to determine if interested firms have the capabilities to perform the required work. Interested firms should notify this office, in writing or by email, of their intention to submit a bid as early as possible by not later than 25 Apr 12. All firms shall list their name, address, phone number, point of contact, and size/type of business. **This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government.
