- Pricing Sheet Statement of Work Synopsis/Solicitation Interpreter Service at Defense Supply Center Richmond and its forward locations: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-12-Q-0004 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Partial quotes will not be accepted. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) Code is 541930. The small business size standard is 7M. This is a firm fixed-price contract for one year from the date of contract award. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation. Pricing for all Line Items must be submitted with the offer. Sample Pricing Sheet attached. This requirement is to provide Interpreter Services for Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) and its forward locations to include Huntsville, Alabama; Ogden, Utah; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Refer to attached Statement of Work for further details.
