- This solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside for ovens and proofers (install and de-install included) for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located at Camp Kinser, Japan and Redstone Arsenal, AL. For overseas stores, the contractor will only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. Two purchase orders may be awarded. The RFQ will be posted on FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The NAICS code is 333294 for this requirement. Offeror must have updated on-line representations completed via ORCA, http://orca.bpn.gov. Your Reps and Certs must include the NAICS applicable to this solicitation document and indicate your organization's business size status. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
