MCLC, Albany, GA intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price order with Switching Power (CAGE 59529) for the repair of the following in support of the Eqyptian Government: Item 0001: 15- Volt Power Supply P/N: NOC-15-13, QTY 1 Each, Item 0002: 5 - Volt Power P/N: NOC-5-6.5, Qty 1 Each; Item 0003: 28 “ Volt Power Supplies P/N: NOC-28-14, QTY 2; Item 0004: Multi Power Supplies P/Ns: 561R600H01; 111K710H02, Qty 3 Each; Item 0005: Bulk Power Supplies, P/N; 111k710H01, Qty 3 Each. Ship FOB COLLECT to Radiant Global Logistics, Hanover, MD 21076. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 335311 Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery is requested 60 days after receipt of the repair assets. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. Such offfers must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offerors capability to repair these items without the government providing technical data.
