- This is the RFQ for the agency's meeting. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this posting. Solicitation NRC-HQ-12-Q-08-0053 herein is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-56. This RFQ is open to all businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110. All questions or inquiries regarding this RFQ should be directed to James Leedom, Contracting Officer via e-mail at James.Leedom@nrc.gov. Questions shall be accepted until April 9, 2012 at 3:00pm EST. Any questions received after April 9, 2012 at 3:00pm EST shall not be accepted or answered. Quotations shall be e-mailed to James Leedom at James.Leedom@nrc.gov and shall not exceed 9MB.
