- The Support for Atmospheric Sciences (SAS) is a support services contract thatprovides scientific support for the Earth Science Division. This contract will supportprojects that encompass all aspects of design, development, testing, maintaining,calibrating and operating suborbital instruments for atmospheric and solar observations. Additional support will be provided to aid in the implementation, formulation andoperation of satellite missions, preparation of research proposals and publications andmanuscripts. The contract will also support computing and software engineering effortsfor NASA-funded researchers using high end computing resources.
