- CORRECTION: This procurement is a Small Business Set-aside and is open only to small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19. Before award of the contract, the selected firm will be required to certify its status as a small business under the guidelines of NAICS Code 541310 requiring not more than $7,000,000 gross average annual sales receipts over the past three years. Please note the size standard for NAICS Code 541310 was changed from $4,500,000 to $7,000,000 gross average annual sales receipts over the past three years effective March 12, 2012.
