- PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ASCERTAIN WEBSITE ADDRESS TO DOWNLOAD PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND PROJECT DETAILS BEFORE EMAILING FOR INFORMATION. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued but the solicitation will be available on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about Friday, April 20, 2012. The Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) P12PS10932 to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to perform all operations required for the interior and exterior paint removal, to include lead paint abatement, for The Beaman Playhouse for the Saint-Gaudens National Historical Park, 139 Saint-Gaudens Road, Cornish, New Hampshire 03745. The Beaman Playhouse project will be completed at its current location at the Sugar River Valley Regional Technical Center, 111 South Street, Claremont, New Hampshire 03743. Completion of the project is 60 days after receipt of notice to proceed. This effort will be solicited as a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238320 with a $14MIL size standard. The award will be firm fixed priced construction subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. A site visit is highly encouraged; information for the scheduled site visit will be set forth in the solicitation. Estimated construction range: Less than $25,000. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. It is therefore, the contractors responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation plans or specifications. It is the responsibility of all offerors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system prior to award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. It is recommended that your firm register immediately in order to be eligible for award. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation.
