- NSN 5961-01-344-9159, IQC 11073009029, Transistor. This requirement is for a long term contract, estimated annual requirement of 700 each. Item is solicited under other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1). Approved sources are: Hamilton Sundstrand (99167) P/N 934A932-2. First Article Testing is not required. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. Min order quantity: 60. Max order quantity: 700 each. Min contract quantity: 60. Max contract quantity: 2100 each. Average order quantity is 60 each. Delivery is 75 in 60 days, with any remainder to be delivered at a rate of 75 every 30 days thereafter. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin to various Conus locations. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date approximately April 23, 2012. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Acquisition is restricted to material manufactured by the sources listed in the source controlled drawing # 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC. Current source and part number is Hamilton Sundstrand (99167) P/N 934A932-2 and Dynex (KC272) 934A932-2.
