- The US Army, Carlisle Barracks, PA has the following requirements: Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to perform inspection, maintenance, repairs and emergency repairs on passenger and freight elevators at Bldgs 22,120,22,46,121,122,650,and 959 at Carlisle Barracks. Performance period is 1 OCT 2012 thru 30 SEP 2013 with (2) one year option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811310. The size standard is $7 Million average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years. The corresponding wage rate determination will be strictly enforced. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System. Further information may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. It is estimated that the solicitation will be released on or about 9 April, 2012 with a closing date on or about 9 May, 2012. The actual beginning and closing date will be on the solicitation itself. It is the contractors' responsibility to monitor the website for the issuance of the RFQ as well as any amendments to the solicitation.
