- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Pattern Generator and Error Analyzer, P/N BA1600, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Tektronix Inc., 14150 SW Karl Braun Drive, Beaverton, OR 97077 as they own the proprietary data needed to manufacture these items, which are identical and direct replacement parts for existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the equipment specified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the products without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
