- This acquisition is for approved CAGES 0HBM3 and 99193 and Part Number 698236-3. The intent is to award an IDPO for a base and 1 option year. Solicitation and NSN will be avaiable for download on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited. All responsible souces may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
