- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The VA desires to lease medical office space in Dallas, Texas. The space must be located on the ground level and provide between 3600 to 4200 NUSF of space. On-site parking for twenty-five (25) vehicles is required to include four (4) handicap spaces. Secured parking preferred. Desired occupancy date is no later than October 1, 2012. To be considered, space must be within or bordering a delineated area as follows: South - Mockingbird Lane East - Greenville Avenue North - W. Campbell Road West - Dallas North Tollway Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit 2 copies of specific information concerning their properties to Terri Wyche, or e-mail no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2012, at the following address: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 4500 S.
