- The Internal Revenue Services (IRS), Western Area Branch, Office of Business Operations intends to solicit a quote from, negotiate, and issue a contract to an authorized Knoll, Inc. dealer on a sole source brand name basis to Retrofit and provided installation services of existing Knoll Reff cubicles/workstations and provide the necessary new product items for missing pieces. The existing system furniture items are currently stored in San Jose, CA 95113 and shall be picked up, cleaned and installed at the new site location in San Mateo, CA 94403 by June 1, 2012. The authorized Knoll, Inc. dealer must provide all labor, equipment, tool, materials, transportation, and supervision including clean up, trash removal and disposal and services identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will only be provided with the Request for Quote to the authorized Knoll, Inc. dealer. The authorized Knoll, Inc. dealer must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database prior to award of a contract. Information regarding the registration can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. The authorized Knoll, Inc. dealer shall be required to complete either a paper copy of the Representations and Certifications or may complete them online at http://orca.bpn.gov) in responding to this requirement. The Government will consider all information from responsible sources that is submitted to the point of contact by 10:00 A.M. (California time) on April 13, 2012, by fax email to LaTanya.Evans-Tate@irs.gov. All correspondence MUST contain the RFQ Number TIRWR-12-Q-00024 in the subject line, but a determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely at the discretion of the Government.
