- This requirement is for Award Ceremony for 350 personnel. To include the following: tables and chairs set up in rounds with clean, white linens. The venue needs to be able to cater the dinner which should consist of : Soup or salad with choice of 3 dressings. Beef, Chicken, and Vegetarian Selection. Potato or other acceptable starch. A choice of vegetable, Hot rolls with butter, and coffee, iced tea, and water. Meals will not be contracted. Meals will be paid for by attendees. The contractor shall provide audio visual equipment and technical support of one podium, one 12' x 12' projection screen, and one microphone.
