- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Cape Canaveral AFS, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation to repair control tower antenna pole located at Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to repair control tower antenna pole. Period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 20 Apr 2012 and proposal closing date of 20 May 2012 are tentative. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 236220/$33.5 M. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. The solicitation is 100% HUBZone set aside. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website.
