- The MICC ICO - Fort Gordon office has a requirement for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to support the construction, alteration and repair of industrial, commercial and utility projects at facilities located in Fort Gordon, GA. This is a 100% HubZone Set-Aside requirement. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 Million. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award contract for multi-traded maintenance, repair, alternation, and minor new construction as predetermined by individual FFP (Firm Fixed Price) Task Orders predicated on a performance-based scope of work. The period of performance for this contract will be one (1) base year and four (4), one (1) year options. Delivery and/or performance periods shall be specified in individual task orders This announcement is not a request for proposals, but instead a Pre-solicitation Notice to industry to serve as notification of a pending Solicitation release of a JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) Solicitation for Fort Gordon, GA. Upon release of the Solicitation a proposal from industry will be requested from interested and qualified offerors. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this PRESOLICITATION announcement or any follow-up information requests to include the full Solicitation once issued. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than noted above. Interested sources should be advised that a full solicitation is expected to be released within the next 60 days to industry. No visits with industry will be permitted with any FT Gordon personnel in response to this anticipated Solicitation until the Site Visit is announced. The Site Visit will be tentatively scheduled approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation is released. Questions in references to this Synopsis should be forwarded to the attention of Jordan C.
