- Amendment No. Four (4) is hereby issued to add/make the following changes: 1. Revise Section B, B.3, Price/Cost as follows: Offeror shall use following when calculating estimated cost on Page 6 through 10: 34 yard roll off is 21.23 tons per month. 40 yard roll off is 3.15 tons per month. The 3 yard bins are a flat fee. The 8 yard bin is a flat fee. 2. Solicitation closing date changed from April 13, 2012 to new closing date of April 20, 2012 at 5:00 PM.
