- QAP SPECS RFP DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure one (1) 5-Axis High Pressure Waterjet system, including all required attachments and accessories. The end user and delivery location is the SRF-JRMC, Detachment Sasebo, Japan. This is an unrestricted procurement under Full and Open Competitive Procedures. The project will include all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training. The anticipated performance period is 180 days. A complete technical data package is available with the solicitation. The anticipated closing date is 4/27/12. QAP 175 is applicable for the requirement. Offers will be evaluated based on a lowest-priced, technically-acceptable basis. The award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. FOB is Origin. Preliminary Inspection will be at Origin, with Final Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP.
