- Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for DameWare Mini Remote Control Software. This is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) # SP4707-12-Q-0042. Place of performance is Battle Creek, Michigan. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Delivery shall be no later than 30 calendar days after award date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #2005-576. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis in regards to small business programs. However, the associated NAICS code is 541511 with a SBA size standard of $25,000,000 in average annual receipts. Offerors shall provide a price for each contract line item number (CLIN) in their quote. Quotes with quantities of less than requested or products other than those requested will be rated technically unacceptable. Only quotes from DameWare or authorized DameWare resell partners, sourcing directly through the original software manufacturer, will be rated technically acceptable. CLIN Descriptions: CLIN 001: DameWare Mini Remote Control License for 100 Users Including 1 YR. Maintenance, P/N: DMR100, QTY: 01 EA Redacted Justification: Defense Logistics Agency currently utilizes DameWare Mini Remote Control software as support for employees to remote into users systems to troubleshoot and correct system issues. New licenses must be purchased to maintain current capability to support local users and field sites. DLA requires the software to be maintained and upgraded to keep customers operational within the standard system repair timeframes. The evaluation factor(s) for award is; lowest-price, technically acceptable. Any resulting contract or order will be firm-fixed price.
