- The BLM has a requirement to lease one mobile home lot. Due to the influx of heavy oil and gas activity, there is a shortage of housing and lot rentals in the Dickinson, ND area. The completion of market research located one mobile home lot immediately available. The lot will be leased for one base year plus two option years not to exceed $25,000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documentation is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by April 12, 2012. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for information purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided. All responses to this notice must be in writing to the contract specialist, Rebecca Undlin, by the designated due date.
