Description

AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION VA786-12-R-0097 NATIONAL MEMORIAL CEMETERY OF ARIZONA PROVIDE AND INSTALL ARTIFICIAL TURF 4/5/12 On page 1 of the solicitation: DELETE the paragraph beginning with "PRICE" and ending with "85024" and REPLACE it with the following: "PRICE SCHEDULE: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, parts, materials, transportation, labor, management, and supervision necessary to provide and install Synthetic Turf, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 2309 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024" In addition, on page 1, for the Description of CLIN 02, DELETE the phrase " Install Synthetic Turf" and REPLACE it with: "Provide and Install Synthetic Turf". On page 2 of the solicitation, DELETE paragraph C.1.3 in its entirety and REPLACE it with the following: "C.1.3 The task consists of correctly providing and installing approximately.47 acres of high quality synthetic turf in the cemetery Assembly Area according to the specifications described in this statement of work. All work shall commence when the Contracting Officer issues the Notice to Proceed and be completed in 45 calendar days. "
